Official “Dark Knight Rises” Trailer Debuts
Warner Bros. has officially released the long-anticipated first extended look at director Christopher Nolan’s final installment in his three-part Batman epic. I have been slow to comment about the new Batman movie because there has been very little information released about the story until now but the trailer reveals more mystery than answers about the the last of the Nolan trilogy.
The trailer begins in a football stadium then goes to Alfred (Michael Caine) who relates how he has failed to protect Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale). Bane (Tom Hardy) coordinating some kind of plot at the stadium that results in one of the most dramatic scenes in movies as the football field sinks into the ground from a controlled explosion just as a Gotham player runs the ball in for a touchdown. Also there is the introduction of Selina Kyle (Anne Hathaway), who dances with Bruce Wayne at a party, masked as a cat. “There’s a storm coming, Mister Wayne,” she says. “You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you’re all going to wonder how you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.”
“When Gotham is ashes, you have my permission to die,” says Bane to Batman then the trailer flashes to explosions, a flying Batmobile. Looks like the movie will have a ton of action but what it all means to the Batman and Bruce Wayne and all the supporting cast still remains to be seen. The trailer did what was intended to give enough information to create a real thirst for the movie. This is one movie that I will be in line to see. Stay tuned movie and comic faithful for more.

Marvel “Season One” Series Coming New Graphic Novels
MARVEL Season One: It is no secret that the sales of graphic novels has done very well. With the DC success producing with 5 out of the top 10 titles graphic novels and trade paperbacks sold at Diamond and other media outlets, Marvel has a long way to go to catch up. So they have announced a series of graphic novels about the origins of their top comic characters and superhero groups. In the same way of Frank Miller’s Batman: Year One and J. Michael Straczynski’s: Superman: Earth One they will produce graphic novels for new readers to help their sales in that area.
Official Press Release
Marvel: Season One, a line of all-new graphic novels, just got bigger as Marvel is pleased to add three titles to the highly anticipated line-up with Ant-Man: Season One, Hulk: Season One & Doctor Strange: Season One! These all-new complete stories offer fans a chance to immerse themselves in the Marvel Universe like never before. Journey into the unknown with Ant-Man, learn about the mystic arts with Doctor Strange and find out how Hulk balances humanity and monstrosity as each of these graphic novels offer new revelations for long-time fans and give new readers a fresh introduction to the character. With modern retellings of the world’s greatest super heroes seminal origins by some of the most critically acclaimed creators in the business, no fan can miss this! Each of these graphic novels also include a code to download each book for free, via the Marvel Comics app, making them must haves for every fan.
Also Amazon has announced pre-order of Fantastic Four: Season One by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa , David Marquez (Feb 7, 2012) and X-Men: Season One by Dennis Hopeless and Jamie McKelvie (Mar 13, 2012), Spider-Man: Season One by Cullen Bunn and Neil Edwards (May 8, 2012), and Daredevil: Season One by Antony Johnston and Wellington Alves (Apr 10, 2012) . In the next year they want to be more aggressive in producing graphic novels. Marvel will focus on the origin stories of Spider-Man, Daredevil, Fantastic Four and the X-Men to reintroduce these top titles to new and old readers.
Amazon has them listed between $15 and $17. You put this with the production of the long awaited Straczynski written “The Twelve” trade paperback series starting in January, and you see Marvel has realized that the comic readers are changing. Readers want more of a bang for their buck. The graphic novel or trade is a great way to get a lot of reading for less money and it is not some Mega-Series that you must buy many comics to tell the whole story at $3 to $5 a comic plus variants and special pre and post series comics which can get very expensive. I think readers know what is good and will buy accordingly but many are cutting back on titles they read so the competition is heavy for the comic book dollar.
There is always an appreciation for quality in the art and writing of comic books and that is why we have this Blog to comment on the industry and the direction it is going and we like the move to the original graphic novel and will follow it closely to keep you informed. Stay tuned comic faithful for more.

Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows Review
Sherlock Holmes and his sidekick Dr. Watson join forces to outwit and bring down their fiercest adversary, Professor Moriarty. Sherlock Holmes (Robert Downey Jr.) has always been the smartest man in the room…well not any more. There is a new criminal mastermind at large-Professor Moriarty (Jared Harris)-and not only is he Holmes’ intellectual equal, but his capacity for evil, coupled with a complete lack of conscience, may actually give him an advantage over the renowned detective.
This movie is directed in a way that shows the thinking patterns of Sherlock Holmes a brilliant mind that considers all contingencies, until now. Professor Moriarty wonderfully played by Jared Harris really puts to test his deductive abilities. Moriarty always seems to be a step ahead of Holmes. I mean Sherlock Holmes for there is another Holmes in the movie his brother Mycroft Holmes played by Stephen Fry who plays a key role in the course of the movie.
Swedish actress Noomi Rapace plays Madam Simza Heron a gipsy fortune teller who’s brother also plays a key role in the movie. Madam Simza becomes Holmes reluctant guide across Europe chasing down the evil plots of Moriarty. The trek reveals an international plot to start a Major war with Moriarty benefiting in power and wealth. The key objective of our comrades is to stay alive a hard thing to do against Moriarty and his cohorts.
And of course there is Dr. John Watson who is superbly played by Jude Law. After the attack against his new wife now Mary Watson played by Kelly Reilly Dr. Watson joins Holmes in what he says is his last case with the detective. The inter reaction between these two is both comic relief and entertaining. They complement each other and Watson makes Holmes a better detective. A movie I am sure I will have to watch again to get all the action and dialog between these two.
Considering the story and acting plus the Direction of Guy Ritchie this is probably a better movie than the first, truly an enjoyable movie experience. Out of 5 stars I give it 4. Definitely on my recommend list for watching. See you at the movies and stay tuned movie faithful for more.

Creator of the Joker Dies Jerry Robinson
Jerry Robinson was an American comic book artist known for his work on DC Comics’ Batman line of comics during the 1940s. He is best known as the creator of the Joker, and for his work on behalf of creators’ rights. Born January 1, 1922 he passed away on the afternoon of December 7, 2011 in New York City. He was 89.
For his work in comics, he won several awards, including the National Cartoonists Society award for the Comic Book Division in 1956, their Newspaper Panel Cartoon for 1963 for Still Life, their Special Features Award in 1965 for Flubs and Fluffs, and their Milton Caniff Lifetime Achievement Award in 2000. Robinson was inducted into the Comic Book Hall of Fame in 2004. Robinson received the Sparky Award for lifetime achievement from the Cartoon Art Museum at the 2011 San Diego Comic-Con International.
Over the course of his early years in comics, Robinson proved a creative and social dynamo, moonlighting as a comics artist on projects such as the infamous “created in one night” issue of “Daredevil” while taking classes in Journalism at Columbia University. As the production of comic books wound down near the end of World War II, Robinson moved primarily to newspaper comic strips where he remained for the late ’50s, ’60s and ’70s, becoming known for Editorial illustration, political satire comic strips such as his long-running “Still Life With Robinson” and lush cover paintings for Broadway’s “Playbill.”
The artist also served as President of both the Association of American Editorial Cartoonists (AAEC) and the National Cartoonists Society (NCS), and remains the only person to receive both honors. Robinson in the 70′s became a comics historian and advocate for the rights of artists. “Starting in 1972, I curated the first comics at a fine art gallery. That was, I think, the year after, or almost simultaneously, with a show at the Louvre on comics, which I went over to see. I think that started it,” this from his interview with CBR this year. “The following year, I was a guest curator at the Kennedy Library in Washington, where we did I think the largest show ever held on the comics. Certainly in the US. It was the size of a couple football fields and had all the genres of the comics. So it’s been a long time, but more and more universities and colleges have taken it on as a course of study, serious scholars and so forth.”
Also in the 70′s Robinson created “The Comics” one of the first definitive books on the strip comic artform as a whole, written by Robinson in 1974 and recently published in a new edition by Dark Horse. Robinson became a key figure along with artist Neal Adams in the fight to get Superman creators Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster proper credit and pay for their hero from DC Comics. Recently he served as a paid creative consultant for DC and Warner Bros on projects including Christopher Nolan’s “The Dark Knight” which drew heavily on Robinson’s original stories in its portrayal of the Joker.
DC Comics has released the following statements from its senior staff:
“Jerry Robinson illustrated some of the defining images of pop culture’s greatest icons. As an artist myself, it’s impossible not to feel humbled by his body of work. Everyone who loves comics owes Jerry a debt of gratitude for the rich legacy that he leaves behind.”—Jim Lee, DC Entertainment Co-Publisher and artist of “Batman: Hush”
“Jerry Robinson was one of the greats. He continued to be a vibrant, creative force well into his nineties, with ideas and thoughts that continue to inspire. Jerry was a great advocate for creators. It was my pleasure to meet and work with him. He will be missed.”—Dan DiDio, Co-Publisher, DC Entertainment
“It’s impossible to work at DC Entertainment without feeling the impact of Jerry Robinson’s contributions to the industry. His influence continues to resonate today.”—Bob Harras, DC Entertainment Editor-in-Chief
“Jerry Robinson was an innovator, a pioneer in storytelling. His artwork was always astonishing, but his contributions to the Dark Knight mythology go far beyond art. The streets of Gotham City are a little lonelier today…Jerry will truly be missed.”—Mike Marts, “Batman” editor
I agree Robinson was a force in comics for many years his only rival would be Stan Lee on his total influence on the comic world. He helped change the industry to what it is today. He gave great credibility to artist and writers as literary contributors to society itself, and academic credentials to the work of comic entertainment. In America I hope that people appreciate the freedom and rights that everyone has and how it can open the way for a creative person like Jerry Robinson. May that never change and be censored into something less than freedom. We are always on the look for the greatness in the entertainment industry. Stay tuned comic faithful for more.

Scarlet Spider is Back from Marvel
The first Scarlet Spider was a clone of Spider-Man created by the Jackal, (Miles Warren). He assumed the alias Ben Reilly, a combination of his Uncle’s first name and his Aunt’s maiden name. When his name was smeared by a second, evil Scarlet Spider, he assumed the identity of Spider-Man, until his death at the hands of Norman Osborn. His body subsequently disintegrated, proving once and for all that he was the clone.
An undercover FBI agent Joe Wade is the second Scarlet Spider. Joe becomes a real mechanized Scarlet Spider with amazing spider like powers. Because of this mechanized process Joe is unable to stop himself from committing acts of violence. It takes both Ben Reilly (in the guise of Spider-Man) and the New Warriors to stop the cybernetic Scarlet Spider, and the FBI put him in custody and have him undergo medical treatments to remove the technology.
Scarlet Spiders are a group of three unknown people of the Initiative who identify themselves as “Red Team” on the field, first appearing in Avengers: The Initiative #3. All three of them wear an advanced version of the ‘Iron Spider’ Stark armor which Spider-Man wore pre-Civil War and during the event.
Finally there is Kaine who serves as both an ally and an enemy of Spider-Man. He first appeared in Web of Spider-Man #119, and is the Jackal’s first failed attempt at cloning Peter Parker. The character was created by Terry Kavanagh and Steven Butler. Kaine is the Jackal’s first temporary success at cloning Peter Parker but, due to the flawed cloning process is left deformed and mentally unstable. But recently things have changed for Kaine.
In the Spider Island incident Kaine becomes infected by the “Spider-Virus” and is under the control of the Queen who sends Kaine to Horizon Labs, to tamper with a cure being developed there. This culminates in a battle with Peter Parker, after which he’s forcefully submerged in the pool of highly concentrated cure. Kaine re-emerges, his mind-link with the Queen broken, a fully healed clone of Peter Parker. Having retained his spider powers he then helps Peter and the other heroes defeat the Queen. After this he meets again with Peter and tells him that he is leaving New York.
It was revealed in Amazing Spider-Man #673 as well as the Marvel “Point One” one shot that Kaine will be the new Scarlet Spider in his own ongoing series. Chris Yost is set to write the comics while Ryan Stegman is going to be drawing Kaine. According to Marvel.com Click Here, Kaine will go to Houston as a fugitive to hide from his past crimes. Supporting cast will include Aracely (a 16 year old girl whose life he saved) and Annabelle (a bartender/singer working at the Four Seasons Hotel). The superhero group known as the Rangers will make an appearance. Kaine, as the Scarlet Spider, will go up against threats varying from general crime to super villains, monsters to corporations, and finally himself. Kaine has made an appearance in the comic book Point One and will debut in his own series as Scarlet Spider in January.
It is interesting that Kaine is still dealing with mental issues. Before assuming a new alter ego and heading south to Houston, Kaine allows a therapist to evaluate him at the Psych Ward. Here is the letter of that evaluation Click Here to read. In the age of Big Event stories it will be nice to see a human interest story about the struggles of a man to find his identity as a hero and a person. I find this fascinating that a healed Spider-Man clone is again in the lime light with his own series. I think this will be worth checking out and you know me I will report back to you. Stay tuned comic faithful for more.

The Defenders are Back Marvel Comics Preview
The Defenders is the name of a number of Marvel Comics superhero groups which are usually presented as a “non-team” of individualistic “outsiders,” each known for following their own agendas. The team usually battled mystic and supernatural threats. Its original incarnation was led by Doctor Strange and also included the Hulk, Namor, and as a kind of belated addition, the Silver Surfer. They first appeared as The Defenders in Marvel Feature #1 (December 1971).
Well this Wednesday December the 7th you can read the comic again. Matt Fraction is writing so it got my immediate attention. I watched an interview about Matt’s story and without relieving the whole direction of the book he did share that the Superheros know there is something wrong but that can’t put there thoughts together enough to figure it out individually but together they have a chance. Well I have no idea what Mr. Fraction is getting to but with his writing skills and the propensity to think in different ways about superheroes and the Marvel Universe I will check this out.
The art is by Terry Dodson and Rachel Dodson. It looks very good you can check the cover and inside art in the post. Marvels Media Release says: Everyone’s favorite Marvel characters banding together to solve a mysterious conspiracy deep at the heart of the Marvel Universe! The Defenders are The last line of defense against the forces of the unknown! I guess that says it all. We will be checking “The Defenders” out I recommend you do also. Stay tuned comic faithful for more.

Incredible Hulk #2 Review
Incredible Hulk #2 in Jason Aaron’s relaunch of the Incredible Hulk builds on the story that Banner is obsessed by the fact that the Hulk is no longer part of him. Even his love for Betty is secondary to Banners drive to get the Hulk back. The mad scientist role of Bruce Banner is a aspect of the character unlike any story line written before. Bruce Banner is considered one of the greatest minds on Earth. He has developed expertise in the fields of biology, chemistry, engineering, and physiology, and holds a Ph.D. in nuclear physics. He possesses “a mind so brilliant it cannot be measured on any known intelligence test.”
With Banners ability to create Gamma powerful animals that follow his commands and the fact he is no longer thinking in a rational manner it makes him a very dangerous so the Hulk is recruited by the government by Commander Amanda Von Doom to hunt down Banner. The Hulk reluctantly goes with the government agents on a large carrier and they are attacked by gamma radiated sharks. At the end the Hulk refuses to help but Dr. banner has already sent two of his Gamma powerful bores to destroy the subterranean creatures that admire the Hulk for what and who he is which will probably force the hulk to deal with Banner personally.
Reviewing the history and past reading of the Hulk I don’t think Marvel has ever separated Banner from the Hulk before and because of the unstable childhood of Bruce Banner writer Peter David established and others have illuminated about, he could be experiencing a serious mental brake down. Even when Banner could no longer turn into the Hulk in Incredible Hulk 600 when the Red Hulk absorbed Hulk’s radiation and claimed Banner can never turn into the Hulk again. He was fairly rational at that time not turning into a mad scientist wanting to be the Hulk again. So there must be something about the Hulk’s personality that has a stabilizing effect on Banner which he lost when they where separated. I always thought by what I have read about the Banner/Hulk relationship that the stabilizing part of his psychic was Banner but that apparently is not the fact.
The art work of this issue by Mark Silvestri, Joe Weems, Jay Leisten, Don Ho, and Sunny Cho is good. And writer Jason Aaron is a story teller that can think out of the box and created different ideas about a character we thought we knew. I for one will want to see the culmination of this story arc and what is to becomes of Banner and the Hulk. Stay tuned comic faithful for more.

‘Game Of Thrones’ Season Two Preview and Trailer
Media Release: Game of Thrones has caught on like wildfire. These days it’s hard to walk the streets for long before you run across somebody with their face buried in one of the volumes from author George R. R. Martin’s A Song of Fire and Ice series. If you don’t run across somebody reading the books, then there’s still good chance they’re a fan of HBO’s adaptation of the series, which enjoyed a well-received first season, and is currently shooting a highly-anticipated second season.
HBO knows that Game of Thrones fandom is at a rabid high right now, as there was a massive amount of buzz surrounding a season 2 teaser trailer for the show that released a few months back. And all that trailer did was announce when the show would return. Today we have a new Game of Thrones season 2 trailer to share – one that focuses on the production of the show, with a few choice looks at some of the characters and new lands that will be visited in the new season. As one of the producers says in the video below, “the world just expanded enormously.”
A friend of mine said I needed to watch Game of Thrones on HBO before it is no longer available. So I watched the first couple episodes and I was hooked. It is filled with powerful acting and great story content which is very ADULT but very Good. Imagine kingdoms controlled by a King who has lost the control of his kingdom then dies and his wicked son and Queen rule in a bath of blood killing all who oppose them, while in a distant land a woman of royalty marries a barbarian and learns to love him then looses him to the wiles of a witch. Then she find out she is the chosen one to bring back the age of the dragon and be able to control them. While at the northern border wall boundary of the kingdom something evil comes back to threaten the race of man and attack in the new age of winter. And the forces of opposition to the new illegitimate King move on the capitol of the kingdom to find the rightful King.
This summation of the story does no justice to the Novel and outstanding ‘made for HBO’ Movie Series. This medieval fantasy is worth your consideration for entertainment but be aware it is very ADULT in content, it is both sexual and violent. It is a very hard hitting show the author of the Novel (George R. R. Martin) said he enjoyed writing and he was not afraid to shake things up by killing the popular characters off to keep people guessing what direction the story is going. Martin has described his preference for killing off important characters as being necessary for the story’s depth: “…when my characters are in danger, I want you to be afraid to turn the page, (so) you need to show right from the beginning that you’re playing for keeps.” See the series 2012 in April and read the comic now in production by Dynamite Entertainment at your local comic shop. And you can pick the Novels up by George R. R. Martin at the local book store. If you like fantasy and good story check this out. Stay tuned comic and movie faithful for more.

Who is the Mystery Lady In Red in DC New 52?
Just in case you need reminding something called Flashpoint happened changing things in the DC Universe, bringing 3 separate universes together in the New 52 in September. My review of that event can be found here it will take you to that article post if you need it. The un-named mysterious Lady In Red played a key role in instructing Flash in the time stream to help him help change things into what they are now in the big New 52. Barry (the Flash) talked to her as he was running through the time stream “Barry: I…I need to run back into the time stream, but….I see three timelines..Why? Lady: Because the history of heroes was shattered into three a long time ago…Splintered to weaken your world for THEIR impending arrival…You must all stand together…the timelines must become one again…You can help me fix that, Bary Allen, but at a cost…AARRGHH (Barry yells as he is running) Barry: What..Who was that?..What did she say?”
So DC’s Vertigo and WildStorm superhero groups were folded into the main DCU continuity. After that the Lady in Red showed up in the background panels of all the new 52 comics published in September. At this point in the New 52 we do not know much about her, except that she played a part in the formation of the DCnU works. Without speculating on who she might be there was a publication in DC’s The Source from Bob Harris that gave us a sneak peek at how this character looks, where she comes from, and where we will find her next.
Deep inside the DC offices is a wall that played a very important part in the launch of DC COMICS-THE NEW 52. Actually it’s in Coordinating Editor Liz Gehrlein’s office, conveniently located right next to mine.
On that wall, Liz has collected a page from each of the first issues that debuted in September. Although those fifty-two pages are all very different, showcasing the fantastic range of characters and styles in the DCU, they all have one thing in common: the appearance of a lone, mysterious hooded figure. That’s right – if you look carefully through each title from last month, you will spot her … sometimes hovering in the background … other times lurking close by.
One of the coolest things for me about The New 52 was that it gave us the ability to work very far in advance. We knew exactly what we wanted to do in terms of connecting FLASHPOINT to our new universe. Geoff Johns had an amazing backstory for the mysterious woman who appears at the end of FLASHPOINT #5. We had a plan for where we thought she’d go next, but since we had enough time to really think, Jim Lee, Geoff and I figured out that it was possible to expand this character’s next appearance into ALL of the #1 issues – a daunting task to be sure, but a one-time opportunity to do something like this and really drive home how important this character is. To keep track of this plan, we created the wall in Liz’s office and put up each page as it was completed.
You’ll soon see the next step in this character’s evolution in the pages of JUSTICE LEAGUE, and in the months to come you will see more events ripple across titles as we continue to weave the DC Universe together and tell even more amazing stories.
In other words, Liz is going to need another wall.
– Bob Harras, Editor-in-Chief
Whoever she is it will be interesting to see how she fits into the New 52 and are the creators trying to introduce the possibility of another major event like Crisis? Well they have admitted they are going to bring back the Justice League Society in a new Earth 2 story to come in the future so anything is possible. Well however this pans out I bet you will be there. Tell me your thoughts and stay tuned comic faithful for more.

Wonder Woman #3 Review the New 52
Wonder Woman is a DC Comics super-heroine created by William Moulton Marston. She first appeared in All Star Comics #8 (December 1941). The Wonder Woman title has been published by DC Comics almost continuously except for a brief hiatus in 1986. I have been waiting for the new DC Universe to form to comment on the characters and how they related to the traditional versions of these iconic heroes. Well after 3 months I am beginning to see a clear direction of the writers and comic creators at DC. The first character of the early years I would like to comment on is the remake of Wonder Woman.
Wonder Woman no matter what your opinion of her has been a main part of the DC Universe comic world. She brings the feminine view of life to the fight between good and evil. Her origins although they very, involve the Amazons and the Gods. Until recently one of the latest origin story involving Wonder Woman or Diana as her mother named her, is that she was originally a clay figure brought to life by the magic of the gods. Diana (Wonder Woman) believed that story for years but in Wonder Woman #3 of the New 52 her mother Queen Hippolyta of the Amazons revealed that Diana was the product of a relationship between Hippolyta and Zeus the King of the Gods. Therefore giving her ability and skill for fighting and humanity from the Amazons and her supernatural abilities from Zeus making her a demi-god. Her mother never told anyone for fear that Hera the Queen of the Gods would kill her child Diana.
Diana responded to this information from her mother by saying, “Mother, Ha for the first time I can call you that knowing your blood is in me…Your so wrong I’m a lie..your a fool and you made one of me.” She marched from her mothers presents and announced to her Amazon sisters that she was leaving the island never to return that in the future she will be Wonder Woman. This emotional story is how Wonder Woman came to the outside world to stay. She is also introduced to the Justice League this week in the fight against the forces of Darkseid in Justice League #3. I am sure she will play a major role in the new history of the DCU. It makes more sense to me the new origin, I always had a problem with the clay beginning. They are really trying to bring these DC heroes into the 21st century and get a new readership along with a few of the older ones also. You can’t argue with the success DC creators have had so far. We will feature another report and review right here in these pages so stay tuned comic faithful for more.

Darkseid is Back in the New DCU Justice League
What could be big enough to bring earths greatest heroes together to form the Justice League that would be a threat from Darkseid and his minions from Apokolips. Darkseid first appeared in Superman’s Pal Jimmy Olsen #134 (November 1970) and was created by writer-artist Jack Kirby. Darkseid is one of the most powerful characters in the DC Universe. Debuting in the Bronze Age of Comic Books, he has appeared in four decades of DC Comics publications, featuring prominently in the New Gods titles and limited series as the recurring nemesis of the New Gods and Superman.
We’ve been eagerly anticipating the arrival of Darkseid in DC’s New 52 ever since his involvement was teased in the pages of Justice League #1. In their Source blog, DC opted to show off Jim Lee’s redesign of the character, where they stated we’ll be able to see him in action in December’s Justice League #4. Editor Brian Cunningham said, “Superstar artist and DC Co-Publisher Jim Lee brings his razor sharp design skills to the greatest villain in the DC pantheon. Originally conceived and designed by Jack Kirby, the King of Comics himself, Darkseid’s redesign has the Kirby motif all over him. Jim has taken what made Darkseid a fearsome foe from his original incarnation and provided the big bad with a 21st century design flair for even more malevolence.”
I think Brian has a point Darkseid look is awesome, which will help in the slow moving storyline so far in Justice League. Perhaps it will move along now after introductions of all the characters are over and they start working as a team. I would like it to rival what Brian Michael Bendis did with the New Avengers in 2004. Well that remains to be seen. Tell me what you think of Justice League and the new Darkseid look done by Jim Lee. Stay tuned comic faithful for more.
